微辐射射线检测技术(M-RT)

微辐射射线检测技术(M-RT):海洋石油平台管道腐蚀检验和管道焊接质量的检测手段主要以射线检测为主,目前现场射线探伤主要采用γ射线和X光射线检测,由于γ射线和X光射线在现场工作时都有很高的电离辐射,射线探伤时要求划定很大的安全距离,以避免对射线工作人员或非射线工作人员造成身体伤害,而且又要划定探伤工作时间,这样射线探伤时间和地点都受到了很大的限制,工程进行中必须为射线检测单独预留时间,这样会对整体工程进度造成很大的影响。
Brief Introduction to Micro-radiographic Technology (MR-T): With the fast development of China, there is an increasing demand for products of energetic and petro-chemicals, and also a wide range of projects of nuclear, thermal power stations and petro-chemical installations are established domestically, with requirements of shorter construction periods but higher standards. The main measurement of inspecting welding quality is ray radiography, and field radiographic inspection is usually conducted by γ-ray and X-ray. However, it is so restricted for γ-ray and X-ray inspection application in terms of time and place as both of them eject strong ionizing radiation, thus in order to keep the inspectors and non-inspectors from bodily injury, a long safe distance is necessary when radiographic inspection applies. Besides, specific time for inspection is required, which absolutely will impact on the project scheduler as a whole.
基于现场施工的实际情况,我公司经过多方论证,长时间摸索,参照国同外行业相关技术,编写了微辐射射线检测技术(M-RT)现场应用的可行性文件。联合设备制造厂商提出相关技术要求,研究开发出了微辐射射线检测技术(简称:M-RT)设备,并进行了大量的应用试验。
After repeat and multi-disciplinary proof, communication with regulators and owner of projects, on the basis of real situations mentioned above, as well as reference to relevant technology of the same industry outside China, we compiled the applicability of this M-RT and made a great deal of tests.
我们开发的微辐射射线检测技术(简称:M-RT)实际现场探伤检验应用,如:se75源强度为87居里时M-RT对射线工作人员的防护距离不到0.1m(国家标准要求是0.5m),对公众的管理区也不到0.4m(国家标准要求是2m)。
Our M-RT application in field inspection, for instance, when the source strength of se75 is 87 curie, the defending and preserving distance for radiographic field staff is less than 0.1m (the state standard is 0.5m), and for the public is less than 0.4m (the state standard is 2m).
