超声导波检测:超声导波检测技术以铁磁性材料的磁致伸缩效应及其逆效应为基础,用低频(4-250KHz)超声导波在线检测各种工业结构(包含管道、热交换器、棒材、钢索和板盘件等)的腐蚀及长期腐蚀的监测。
Ultrasonic guided wave inspection: Ultrasonic guided wave inspection technique is based on the magnetostrictive effect and the inverse effect for ferromagnetic material to use lower frequency 4-250Hz Ultrasonic to inspect the corrosion and long-term monitor the corrosion for  various industrial structure(such as pipe, heat exchanger, bar, wire and plate etc.).
结构应力检测:采用目前最先进的“便携式应力检测仪”对设施管道和设备结构进行应力的检查,该仪器可对管道和结构任何部位进行检测,并可即时直接读取磁场强度,分析应力数据。有别于贴片法等复杂的工艺和笨重设备,以及结构局限、耗时长的弊端。
Construction Stress inspection: use the most advanced “portable stress inspection equipment” to inspect the stress of facilities pipelines and equipment structure. The equipment can do inspection on any part of the pipelines and structure, and can read the strength of the magnetic field directly and analyze the stress data. It is different from the patch method’s complex structure and heavy equipment and do not limited by structure and time.
红外线成像检测:利用热成像技术原理,形成热成像影像。主要用于各种电气设备及不均匀发热设备的故障检测,对于电气设备的早期故障缺陷及绝缘性能检测有着非常好的效果。
Infrared imaging inspection: It uses thermal imaging technology to exist thermal imaging. Mainly used for fault detection of electrical equipment and uneven heating equipment. It has good effect on electrical equipment’s early fault defects and insulation resistance inspection.
 
射线成像腐蚀检测:全新的腐蚀检验技术。检测特点是不受试件材料种类、形状结构等因素影响,成像直观、分辨率高,尤其在检查复杂的构件方面显示了特有的优势。完全不受管线本身外部条件影响,如:管线保温、保冷、油漆涂层及氧化锈蚀层。完全不受结构形状形式影响,如:弯头、三通、变径管件、法兰及阀们。完全不受管线内部流体介质影响,如:水、油、气等。检测结果直观准确,成像数据便于分析储存。
X-ray imaging corrosion inspection: a new corrosion inspection technology .The Inspection characteristic is not affected by the test piece’s material, shape structure and other factors, with direct imaging and high resolution ,especially shows the advantage when inspect the complex component. It is not affected by pipeline’s external condition, such as: pipeline insulation, cold, painting and oxidation corrosion layer. It is not affected by structure shape, such as: elbow, tee, variable diameter pipe, flanges and valves. It is not affected by pipeline internal fluid medium, such as: water, oil, gas. The result is accurate and imaging data is easy for storage.

微辐射射线检测(M-RT):M-RT inspection
  a)   安全特性 :M-RT技术对机器的安全性方面有独特的方法:射线源在极短的封闭的腔体内移动,所以不可能发生射线源丢失等事故。
a)Security characteristics:  M-RT Technology is a unique way for equipment safety. The gamma source is moved in a short and closed cavity body, so it is impossibly to have the gamma source losing accident.
     b)   符合法规 :按国家标准GBZ132-2002的要求:射线工作人员防护控制区剂量率为40μVs/h,对公众人员的防护管理区剂量率为2.5μVs/h,M-RT设计对射线工作人员的防护距离只有0.5m,对公众的管理区也只有2m。
b) Comply with laws and regulation :According to the requirement of National standard GBZ132-2002, the dose rate for radiography operator’s protection control area is 40μVs/h,  for public personnel is 2.5μVs/h. MRT only need 0.5m protection distance for radiography operator, the public management area is only 2m.
     c)   使用特性
 我们的微辐射射线检测技术实际现场探伤检验应用,如:se75源强度为87居里时M-RT对射线工作人员的防护距离不到0.1m(国家标准要求是0.5m),对公众的管理区也不到0.4m(国家标准要求是2m)。
Operation characteristic
 Our MRT technology is applied for field inspection on site, for example, when Se75 source strength meet 87 Ci, the distance between M-RT source and radiation operator is less than 0.1M(The National standard is 0.5M), for public management area is less than 0.4M(The National standard is 2M).
     d)   适用特性
 M-RT技术的适用性很广;适用于透照厚度小于100mm的碳钢、合金钢、不锈钢以及其他材质的锅炉压力容器压力管道及特种设备上的直管、弯头、三通、法兰的对接焊缝射线探伤。
Applied features
The applicability of M-RT technology is very widely which it is applied to the carbon steel, alloy steel and  stainless steel when the transmission thickness is less than 100mm  and other boilers pressure vessels. It is also applicable to butt weld for straight pipe, elbow, tee, and flange on special equipment
    c)   技术优势  Technology advantage
                      缩短工期   由于M-RT在施工现场可以与其他人员同时工作,不需要清场进行射线检测,可以灵活安排施工时间,尤其是工程后期海上平台、海底管线铺设、核岛安装、老装置不停产改造、石化厂和电厂检修等作业面小、工期紧等场合,M-  RT具有无可比拟的优越性。
Shorten the working time 
M-RT can work simultaneously with other personnel at the construction site, do not need clearance for ray inspection, can flexibly arrange the construction time, especially for later stage of the engineering offshore platform, submarine pipeline laying, the nuclear island installation, old equipment reformation without stopping production, petrochemical plants, electronic plant maintenance and other operations with small operation area and tight schedule, M- RT has unparalleled superiority.
                    高空射线检测  在高空检测作业时,M-RT的应用可以避免常规射线检测带来的施工缺陷。避免检测人员为躲蔽射线而反复地在高空和地面之间上下,而且可在白天进行检测,节约了人力,保证了安全。
High altitude radiographic inspection 
For  high altitude inspection operation, the application of M-RT can avoid the construction defects which conventional ray inspection has, the inspector  do not need repeatedly move up and down to avoid the radiation , M-RT  can be done in the daytime, this will  save manpower and ensure safety.
                     运行设备的检验 减少了由于设备控制操作人员离检验设备过近,常规射线安全操作半径过大而带来的设备停产、停车,为生产单位减小了经济损失,又为设备、生产的正常进行提供了质量保障。
Operational equipment inspection
As the equipment control operator is too close from inspection equipment, the conventional ray safe operating radius is too large; these will cause stopping equipment and production. MRT technology will reduce the equipment and production stopping times, reduce the production unit’s economic loss, and provide quality assurance for the equipment and normal production.
                     紧急情况下的检测施工 在施工运行现场,管线泄漏等紧急情况下的抢修检测施工常有发生。M-RT的使用既可使检测和下道工序的同步正常进行,又可保证微小区域外的正常施工,保证了紧急情况下施工进度的有序进行。
Construction under emergency conditions
In the construction site, pipeline leakage and other emergency situations often occur, and will need repair immediately. The use of M-RT not only can make the inspection and next procedures synchronously, but also can ensure the normal construction in small region to ensure the construction progress can be done orderly in emergency situations.
                    ★ 城市管道检测 天然气等管道可能穿越居民区或者其它人口密集的区域,给管道检测及定期检测带来了困难,或不能进行检验或限时进行射线检测。M-RT的使用就可以克服这些缺点。
City pipeline inspection
  It is difficult to inspect the gas pipelines and other pipelines which may go through residential area or other population dense area, RT inspection may not be done or done in limited times. M-RT technology will overcome these defect
